The harbour awakes…
From Le Havre to the world. Trip-hop, dub, deep bass.
The walk starts here.
Since the late 90s: free parties, nights that never end, bass in the guts. That's how we grew up.
The harbour, the wet concrete, the orange streetlights. This is where the sound was born — between the sea and the city.
No boxes, no single genre. Boom bap, reggae, afrobeat, minimal techno, tek — raw, honest, straight to the point.
Behind the rusted steel, the bass is already breathing. Come in.
Today we make the music we'd want to listen to. It's right here. Push the door.
Drabaye Sound is a crew of friends from Le Havre, scattered across France and the world. Since the late 90s, they’ve been organizing events, DJing, VJing and decorating festivals — in Le Havre, Lille, Marseille and Paris — driven by a shared passion for underground and alternative music: boom bap, reggae, afrobeat, minimal techno, tek.
Today they put out the music they’d want to listen to themselves.
No boxes, no single genre: raw, honest, and straight to the point.
True stories: friendship, time passing, bonds that hold. And when it's time to stand up — we stand up.
Thousands of steps, one direction. From Le Havre to the world — the crew keeps growing.
The first official video. The night, the harbour, the salt — on screen.
The night fades, the harbour wakes. The music stays.
Born in Le Havre.
Scattered across the world.
The sound goes on.
